Jacob's Story

Our first experience at your facility was great! Brian is an excellent listener, asked all the right questions to better understand our home situation, provided valuable insights, worked very well with our dog (and us) and gave us solid handling advice. We enjoyed the experience even as we had to digest the news that the dynamics between Jacob and our old Collie are unlikely to change. Though we suspected that, it’s a hard truth to hear and live with. That said we deeply appreciate not sugar coating the truth as it gives us far more ability to make better decisions going forward. Personally, I absorbed the message that the better and faster Jacob responds to commands the better chance we have of preventing another disastrous encounter before it starts. So I shall begin working in that direction. I enjoyed the atmosphere and level of knowledge so much that as we progress with Jacob, I would like to come back with my GSD, Kyra, to refine her obedience and my handling skills and to learn tracking or nose work.
