Head Start is a 17 day board and train program that is designed to create a solid foundation of basic obedience to help you and your canine start off on the right foot. To help transition the trained behaviors into the home, our program includes a one-on-one training session at pick-up as well as a follow-up session after your dog has settled back at home. The program can be customized to focus on specific training concerns which may include crate training, basic obedience, manners, and socialization.
The total cost for our Head Start program is $1,595 and a deposit of $697.50 is required prior to drop-off. Dogs must be at least 16 weeks old and up to date on their Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines before beginning the program.

To allow for an easier transition back into the home, at Pepedogs training is a group effort. During your dog’s stay, he or she will work with any combination of our available trainers as we work toward your training goals.
Before scheduling the Head Start program, the first step is to schedule a one-on-one session with a trainer to make sure that the Head Start Program is the right fit.
